Looking for weld-on fab parts, sorta like DIY4x4

Ive got a couple projects going. looking for a shop that sells pre-cut / pre-machined stuff for fabrication. specifically looking for something like a steel sleeve with a bevel, and another with the opposite gender. Sort of like the cone on a lug nut and the receiving land on the rim. Want to weld these onto something that needs to stay put under a large side load.
Anyone got some ideas? Unfortunately I dont have a lathe handy here.

There are a lot of stories out there about ballistic but I have never had an issue. I buy most of my fabrication tabs from them.

Looks like what Im searching for is something like 'self-aligning cone washers', but something suitable for welding onto a metal plate.
All the cone spacers offered on the 4x4 fab sites seem to be all for heims.
