Looking ideas : seat with integrated seatbelt

I am looking ideas/ advice about in what truck or car the front seats are with integrated seatbelt.

The seat must be:
1. leather
2. with integrated seatbelt
3. comfortable
4. affordable
5. usable

I am thinking something like this:

Ram Quadcab seats are not the best.

It's impossible to find the non worn out driver seat and they are not as comfortable as regular european car/van seat

If somebody have new 98-02 Quad dirver seat new foam, I am interested - Last year I installed new leather interior, but driver seat foam is not the best.
