low boost codes on a 06/06

i have a brother inlaw that we just put some sps 62/14 on 4 of his rigs now in the 04 and 05 we have no problems but in the 06's we get the low boost code and we cant get the pmcr to work right in the 06's but the main consern is the low boost crap going on has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it thanks yall Dustin

the larger turbo is setting the P0299 code and putting the truck into limp mode.

Is this an HTT or II turbo?
