I needed to make an he351 with a straight outlet flange for a project so here's some pics

For sure, anyone have pictures of a fully dressed and stock 351 for reference?
 
Thanks guys, there's a ton of weld in this thing. That's a 2-1/2" v band for anyone who's curious
 
You know it would have been easier to have a hy35 cover machined to the 351 wheel specs and then put that on. Just a fyi.
 
Would it not have been easier to fit and weld a straight pipe on, and flange on the end? I have built up with bead before, an that takes a bit more time and effort.
 
I spent roughly an hour welding, with this particular project appearance is important also. That's why I'm spending the extra time on it

If you did that you'd need a decent length of pipe to allow the size reduction. And space is an issue on this setup.
