MPG, Boost vs Drive pressure

I was thinking today about the effects of drive pressure and boost on mileage. Would low drive pressure 0-5 psi (low boost) be more efficient when crusing at highway speeds than than higher drive pressure 5-15 and boost. Im thinking about opening up my external gate the next time I take a trip and see if lowering drive pressure will help. Any thoughts

The less boost you make the higher your mileage will be.
Mine easily maintains 75 mph at only 3-4 psi and eqal DP.
