Thanks guys! It was my brother's deal this year. I spent most of my winter racing sleds. I think he made 200-300 gallons.

The maple operation happens about 20ft from my garage in a 16x12 sugar shack in a small town called warsaw. My team and I race all over western, central NY along with northern PA. We follow SHCRA circuit for most of the races and we hit up some club races along with the PRO circuit. Usually ends up being 12-14 races from end of December to beginning of April.
