Haha, well the block is already cracked about 18 inches and wont hold water. So might as well put the finishing touches on it. Im running it til she blows. The truck that is. My pregnant wife will be there also. Maybe I should let her pull incase it does blow up Ill blame it on her. Then I can get new parts with no complaints :rockwoot: Get me on that list ole buddy ole pal!
 
Haha 5 packs of JB weld later and its still leaking. It held for a couple pulls. Got 3 cracks in it about 4 inches long. More than enough when you see the gap in the block. Usually overheated around the 10-20 foot mark.

Pulled at two local Fairs this week Wed. and Thurs.

After the pull on wed. it started to get some Blowby,
then we pulled twice on thursday,After the first pull of the night it was still doing it but not as much. well during the second pull. it was POURING oil out the blowby tube:bang

Lets just say #6 got real hot and only has 63Psi of compression:hehe:

Ill look into it more during the week and check it some more,If its a valve maybe ill just put a head on it, but what if its the Piston LOL

So as of now i will not be attending the Jambo.

No, they did not. Qualifying was the only way to guarantee a position.

Hey I apologize for not calling you this weekend. I was working on my truck and messed a few things up and made alot of extra work for myself and totally forgot to get with you. Maybe Ill catch up with ya at this event in September.
 
I do see the 2.8 list has changed also, is it the final list?
