need a new cam.... wanting your input

im in the process of twinning (57 over 75) and doing a full rebuild and my cam has some funny wear and some pitting on the peak.
question is go with a regrind or go new?
regrind id be looking at going with a colt cam "big stick" grind
new im between the "big stick" and a Hamilton 188/220 109.25

also if i do go with a regrind and i regrind my cam and lifters will i run into problems with valve adjustments?

You'll love colts 181/210 profile, otherwise the stock cam is fine. A cam with nose wear is not an acceptable core. Go new.
