ok i had my head oringed and ported the exhaust side installed hamiltons 110# valve springs. also installed a set of 7x.12 with .010 pennel. ok now heres the problem my hx 40 cleans them all the way up no haze or nothing and i cant build but 38lbs of boost. before with my 110's i could hit 45lbs with no problem. its got good power to about 2k and the just falls on its face.

ported head would be why boost is lower and now your probably just running out of air and thats why its falling on its face.

If your running out of air wouldn't you have unburnt fuel? Have you tried taken the comp out or the smarty out to see if one is not working right.
