need help with hubs

i have an 04 f-250 with manual locking hubs just bought warn hubs for it but cant get the old ones to come off after removing the ring that holds it in there any advice or how to would be very much appreciated thanks :soap:
 
The hub locks pull straight out but they might take some persuasion to break free...
 
thanks i got the driver side out and new warn in still cant get the passenger side any cheap tricks and tips on persuading a stubborn stock hub
 
got it off needed to break in to it take the spring and everything out put two vice grips on it my buddy and I pulled and it came out pretty easy have to rip open the stock hub but it was junk anyways
 
If I saw this earlier I would have just told you to go drive it around the block..

damn i was thinking bout that but was a little worried bout what could happen if i did so choose to tear into it instead thanks though ill keep that in mind if my buddies ever run in to that problem
