need some help.

a friend of mine just bought an 90 7.3 idi. he's getting an exhaust on it tomorrow and making his own intake. he wants to turn up the pump some but doesnt know how. can anyone tell me how to turn the pump up some for some more fuel and power? thanks in advance.

That oughta help you out.. Its pretty easy to do

Do him a big favor and tell him to get a pyrometer BEFORE he touches the fuel screw. Even a bone stock IDI will make dangerous EGT's when hauling/or when worked. Consider the pyro MANDITORY BEFORE moding the IP.*bdh*

If he wants the most bang for his buck..........turbo it.:charger:

where do you put the pyro?? its not like its a cummins with one manifold. just pick one and drill and tap? or put it right after the Y? thanks.

Most people put it on the drivers side manifold.

I always use the Driver Manifold, With a Turbo, I'm right before the Turbo
