need tranny help

Ok guys,here's the scoop.Truck is a 97 .The transmission doesn't want to shift into 3rd under any throttle or rpm.It will if you manually shift the gears starting from first.Truck has 4k kit,0 plate,a bd tc and a hotrod vb from dtt.It ran great before with these mods and the last few weeks it has been doing this.Today i have changed the fluid,filter and tps.I checked the voltages from the tps and they are good.Fluid is dex 3 with red lubeguard. I changed the transducer and gov solenoid 3 months ago.Temps are no hotter than usual.Also the truck has a lockup switch and jumper wire,so it cant be the relay.Im thinking I may have to adjust the bands again,but hope not because I just had the pan off,either that or perhaps a VB problem.Oh also I have the voltage regulator and its set dead on,no 2 or 3 gear starts.It is not slipping at all,the truck has lots of power and will bury the pyro easily in 2nd gear even.Also i get alot of shudder when it locks up into od under even medium throttle
