yea the HD grill is my favorite..I also like the fact the 04 was the only year you can get the grill from..makes it diffrent than most super dutys around me

the tires are 33x15.50s..as for the paint sticking to the chrome I sanded the whole bumper down with 180 then used a good primer on it...we did the same thing to my buddies chrome car bumper over a year ago and it seems to be holding up just fine.
