I begin to build this at end of last year.
It have new cromo chassis built to fit in full size Silverados body.
9" floater rear.
Engine will be duramax with big set of parallel twins and lot of NX.
Tranny is Suncoast Duraflite with omega shaft, transbrake and high stall converter.
Everything is brand new and built to fit in this project.
It is now ready as roller, next I begin to build new engine and electrics in it.
My goal is to get it running in late summer so I could get few test drives before next winter.

Lot of build pics are shown in:

I think you have to visit doctor, you are bit grazy ..

Man, I hate the fenders on that model, but it's still a cool lookin truck. Diggin the cowl.

Damn that truck came out way nice. Can't wait to see what times it does. How big are the turbos your going to use?

Oh that is one nice rig. Keep taking pictures so I can continue to wish!!!

Looks like wade is now the 3RD fastest DMAX in the world!!!! :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

Nice build, why not a Bruno trans or Lenco?

I want load in line, so need converter. I dont know if anybody can build proper converter for this that will work lenco etc.
And my Duraflite worked so perfect last year that I want to keep tranny similar first so I have one less thing to adjust before chassis is working well.
After some passes, if there are problems with tranny, I can change it.
