What does the Egt gauge go to ?
Also were the rods sized with bolts? Run time?

Rods were sized with bolts yes run time unknown and gauge goes to 1600

What bore size on the diamond pistons and any valve relief?

specs are listed above and should mention that the pistons are for a 5.9 crank and 4.25 bore
 
unless you install a actual sensor it will read what the factory sensor sends to the obdII which is fairly accurate.
