No 4x4

2006 f 250 auto...got a truck here in the shop come in for a few things but pressure tested the seals, and lines, lines was good seals no good replaced seals, hub and bearing assembly and hub locks now everything holds pressure fine but still no 4x4...light comes on cluster in 4 hi and 4 low anybody got any suggestions

sounds like maybe somethings not engaging in the transfer case.

ESOF Module or valve on fender....
