When I hit the A/C button inside, the lite comes on but the compressor doesn't. It's full of freon. If I supply power to the fuse, it'll come on. And if I supply power to the relay, it'll come on. I know the fuse supplies power to the relay, but what supplies it to the fuse?

I'm using a power probe to supply power, not just a jumper wire.

Anyone has any idea's?????? I know winter is almost here, but would still like to get it workong.

I believe the system is controlled by a PCM power control module. However you say the fuse itself is not getting power and the light is on so I'm going with the control module!
Check all your connections and clean your battery terminals just because!

Does that power probe bypass the low pressure switch? Have you tried maybe tapping the front of the clutch and seeing if it kicks in by chance?

I'm not sure if power goes to the LP switch before the fuse or if the LP switch gets power from the fuse. All i can tell you is that when I put power to the fuse using the power probe, the a/c clutch ingauges and it starts working. I've looked at wiring diagrams on Alldata, but its confusing as he!!.
