no boost and white smoke after turbo rebuild

Just rebuilt my stock gtp38 turbo with the Wicked Wheel 2. Drove down the road and nothin but white smoke. I smash the throttle and chugs white smoke and will not build boost. What can cause this??? Ive checked all the wires, everything is good and tight. The truck never blew white smoke before. I rebuilt the turbo becuase it was surging really bad. During the rebuild time i also installed upgraded pushrods

2001 7.3 powerstroke, 250cc/100 injectors, ts6 chip, 4inch striaght pipe, smith brother pushrods, DD clutch

Sounds like you don't have a boost line hooked up

Where are all the boost lines located, im positive everything is hooked up correctly

Ok got turbo to build boost, but my engine still runs rough, could ot ave something to do with the pushrodsbi installed?

The rocker on the right side of cylinder number 8 is not moving, what is causing this, stuck lifter, stuck valve?
