no fuse/ no bus

I changed the motor in my 07. I replaced it with a 06 that was one month apart on build date. I put my pcm on the motor and it has no power to the injectors. It says no fuse on the dash display. I even switched the pcm with the 06 and still has nothing. Any help would be appriciated. All the grounds are hooked up as well. Thanks
