Any of you guys have no prep races around where you live? Are they allowing diesels to race?

We have some around me in Buda. About once a month, on the access road, at night.

Not a single race that I know of. Most out "street" no prep if oh wanna call it that is 14 and slower 1/4 mile

We have no prep "dig night" races around here a couple times a year. Last few years has been kind of a toss up on what class they allow them in Mark is running a 30" tall tire on his truck but technically thats a "big tire" and you just cant compete with those guys with a 5k lb truck.. They wont let him run small tire looks like this year they are having a street dot class but yet limit the tire size to even smaller we are trying to get them to bend that rule at the moment.
 
Mark was forced to enter the big tire class last year got screwed in the 1st round wasnt spooled up and the flagger pointed to him and banged the light he was still pointing at him when he flashed the light lol.. Kinda a messed up deal. But just do give you an idea of the cars that race at this event. Kye Kelley, John Doe, David Bird Jones, Daniel Burks, Barefoot Ronnie Pace, Flaco, Boosted GT, and Doc from street outlaws.. Its a tough field and gets tougher every year!
Fwd to 1:50ish mark and thats a buddy of mine Mark's 12v.

Boosted GT, Doc, Barefoot Ronnie, Kye Kelley and John Doe all are usually there.. Search Dig Night 2015 there are a bunch of videos of the rounds.
 
John Doe's car is Twin Turbo now. It's sick.

There's going to be quite a few no prep events in and around houston this spring and summer. June 24th they are having a dig night at NRG stadium in the parking lot. There's a big no prep race at San Antonio Raceway this weekend and they are going to have a truck class.

Thats not a promod lol... Yes he lost in the semi's to the reaper promod who ended up winning the finals.. Whats that have to do with him having already won over 100k in no prep races already this year.. The guy is faster and more consistent than anyone else right now plain and simple.

That ole 12v boogies! Whether or not that Camaro on oxide was everywhere that 12v wasn't losing much ground for them bangin the light early...

What I would call being screwed... Not saying the finish would have been different but atleast maybe had a fighting chance. Look at the pic close.
