I have one rebuilt new process 241dhd out of my 97 auto 2500 which had a cummins in it, the only reason I had it rebuilt was because it was leaking, it always has engaged and disengaged from 4wd with no issues, the truck had 148k when i parted it out and the transfer case was only used 2-3 times since it was rebuilt. I'm located in bolton,ct 06043 and asking 600obo +shipping and would prefer not to ship at all because of the hours I work.
