What are the rules for street and open diesel?

Street Diesel: 8000lb. Modified Street Legal Diesel 4x4 Trucks

Open Diesel: The works..cut tires, drop boxes, rockwells, injectables..etc

Yea I agree, COTPC or NADM rules need to be put in place. For example with the rules set up how they are for the street class, a 1000hp+ truck can meet the rules and pull.
