Bad case of Tinkeritis!

Last winter had issues with the trans shifting. Have replaced the solenoid, transducer and TV cable. I have the other solenoid that you have to remove the valve body to install. Just haven't been able to stop long enough to install it
Issues I am having now is it hard starting like it's under a load.
Also have an issue with the trans. Sometimes it goes to neutral while in drive or gets stuck in first or second. Also the torque converter lock up light will function correctly, come on dim, or not at all.
I am wondering if my converter is failing or I just have an electrical issue, but not sure how to pin point where my issue is.
I don't know crap about these and any help is appreciated.
