Oil Change and Underbody grease fittings?

Okay guys every how many miles should i change my motor oil and also how many grease fittings are there underbody so far i just seen two up front. If this helps im using chevron delco oil.

No owner's manual with the truck? That'd be the best place to start and you can adjust your maintenance based on your usage.
