Working on a 2005. I got the short straw on replacing it. Anything special I need to do for fuel system priming? Any other tips or tricks I'd really like to hear. I've never had to work on one of these engine's..

Thanks in advance

Cycle the key several times for 20 seconds each or turn pump on with scan tool. You will hear when its primed.
Refill the oil cooler sump(hpop oil supply) before putting oil cooler in. Makes starting MUCH quicker.

Ended up being much easier than all data had made it out to be. Didn't crank on it for very long till it rattled to life. If I ever have to do it again I'll fill that valley up. I drained it all out to put that little pre screen thing in that the kit came with. I'd do it again if I was asked too. Found a few little short cuts that I took rather than the step by step guild I was attempting to fallow. Still made hours on it. Not bad in my book for my first rodeo.

Thanks Matty.
