I have searched here & TDR.... not much info. Truck is a 99' 24V, I need to replace the OEM flexi line with a new one (Cummins part # 3934084) which I have. But the old one is a real bastard to remove from the BLOCK. What I am concerned about is since the old one wont budge, getting a new one back in with out damaging it. Put the new one in the freezer since last night.... but I can't get the old one out. Have I missed something here? All I can see is where it is a pressfit w/ two o-rings for it to seal in the block.

Thank you guys...

Just keep pulling and try some penetrating oil. I left my new one in the freezer and the new one slid right in without a fight.

yup. they can be real PITA's but if you can grab it with wide mouth locking pliars and then slide a small prybar through the pliars and use it like a cork puller, it should pull.
