Oil Leak

So on my '01 I have Tranny oil coming out of the Dipstick tube? Where it goes into the tranny pan.. Is this a common problem? Easy to fix? I see that someone has smeared RTV sealant over it, guessing it was their "fix"

Should just need a new rubber grommet where the tube goes into the transmission.
