Olblue359 bad seller false tracking

I bought a nv4500 and adapter from olblue359 on March 7 sent the money around lunchtime. Today is the 17th I still do not have the tranmission or adapter and was given false tracking info.

I would just like tracking information on the parts or a refund of my money before I make a claim with PayPal

So this guy gives you a bad tracking number, can't provide a good number, gets irritated that you would like to know whats going on and his response is he doesn't like dealing with people like you. You haven't handled yourself in a "family like" manner. Too funny! Don't know why you haven't filed a claim already

He just texted me he said he will have a good tracking number by the end of the day or refund the money. That being said I think it would be nice to have a sticky thread in the for sale section on how long it should take to receive parts.

I purchased a Profab tranny from him around 2 years ago and he did the same thing to me. Said it was being shipped out and I never heard anything from him. I finally got a refund after pestering him for almost a month.

I don't have anything helpful to add to this thread. I would like to mention that a good majority of the sellers on this forum are slow at shipping. Keep in mind that most selling parts on here are not diesel shops and in many cases the parts are still on the vehicles. Most have families and full time jobs that keep them distracted from getting packages out quickly. I agree this isn't right, but it's something you have to expect when buying from random people.
