One thing led to another. Build thread.

I was planning on running 2 lines from the engine to a catch can. From the top of the catch can, run 2 lines to the exhaust. That way you aren't pulling as much liquid into the exhaust, but you are still removing pressure from the CC. The vapor pulled should be easily burned off and not makes its way to the side of the truck.

Functionally, that is the ideal way to do it if you aren't as concerned with bulk and complexity.

Coolant overflow installed.

There is a catch can company I saw on FB that has inexpensive compact cans with a baffle. They had a few good options I was looking at. At this point I think it's worth a shot over running a smog pump like some do.

Wastegate stacks welded.

I need to revisit mine, but mine wouldn't pull enough vacuum for me to trust it. I haven't ever done one before, so my margin for error is pretty high.

Thanks man. :). We had the wheels turned checking for clearance to the piping. Safe to say that turning on asphalt while not moving will be a challenge with a manual rack.

Why not add the power cylinder to your rack. I know the added weight is unwanted, but, you also left 5' of factory frame in there. They run those ultra light weight steering pumps on the dirt tracks and all you need is a little belt drive somewhere.

If i have to i will. If not i'll have strong arms.

mine is pretty rough to turn right now with the slicks and factory style steering with no power assist hooked up. sometimes I feel like I'm going to break the steering column haha

You like those bulkhead fittings? I am wanting to run something like that on my truck. How fair are they priced

It was a joking idea at first, but then we actually did it.

I think they were around 200. It really is the only way to go. Quarter turn and they're disconnected.

That's not awful. I am trying to wire my truck as cheap as possible while still having it done properly

Buy the cannon plugs and deutch connectors on ebay and you'll save some money. What i spend with b2t was worth it for the time and hassle it saved.
