online class for EFI Live tuning

I am new to EFI Live and would love to learn some basics with the tuning tables. I know that there are tuner out there that do it all for you but i just wanna learn for myself, and tinker with it myslef.

Does anyone have any tutorial videos of the tuning and changing tables?

I know that there are classes out there but just wondering if you could record the classes and sell the videos?
