P0611 on Insight CTS but Not on XCAL3

I am getting a P0611 code on my Insight CTS but not on XCAL3. Is this a false code why wouldn't it show up on both?
 
Any symptoms on cold start? That code is FICM related. If no symptoms it could be the CTS. If symptoms you get to start checking voltages and troubleshooting.

It has been stated by many that the x3 is not the best at pulling codes, that you should get a scanner. That may be the difference.
 
I have the old style insight and if i remember correctly when a CEL occurs the insight will flash and then stay green and you will also get a CEL on the dash. But being the insight is plugged into the OBDII port....I think you can only check and erase the DTC on the insight. It's been a while since i had a DTC on my truck.
