Parts (connectors, pins and tools) to make a bench harness ?

Where does one get parts such as connector bodies, pins and the tools to remove pins so that you can make a bench harness for EFI Live programming ?

I have an 09 6.7.

I have used ECM connectors for it with pins. The pigtails are too short to be used. I need the tool to remove the pins from the connector. Where do I get it ?

I also need a couple of the ODBII connectors that go under the dash. And pins for them and the pin tool. Where do I get them from ?

Buy lots of the red pin removal tools. junk brittle plastic. Only get about 5 wires removed per tool.
