Looking for some info on what to do with setting up for a friend of mines puller. 05 qc/lb nv5600 4.10s (iirc)

Phat shaft 66
Fass 150

South Bend DD
In the next couple of weeks the head is coming off and going to o-ringed and have a valve job done, and a little port matching. We are leaning toward a hamilton cam (have to call there and see what they recomend) and ditching the 90s and going with we don't know what yet, what do you guys recommend. Is there any little tricks to do to the fuel system like using a modded rail, capping the rail when pulling and putting the relief back in when not pulling. He will definatley need to get a mp-8 also. Sorry for the dummy questions and thanks for the help.
