Port Head? Looking for an old thread

I thought I remembered seeing a thread on here where a guy did some port work on the head and went a little too deep and into a water jacket. Anyone have a link to this thread or want to help my search for it? Apparently I am not typing in the correct thing, or my computer is on the good stuff...
