Pressure Relief Valve Torque Specs?

I'm replacing my Pressure Relif Valve and my Rail Pressure Sensor on my 07 5.9L tonight. Just wondering if anyone has any torque specs and if a person needs to use thread sealant on the threads of either? Thanks.

35-40ft lbs should be good, I have never seen any official spec's for them, differently DO NOT use any type of sealant.

Cummins spec. is 74 ftlbs... and it notes that over tighten the relieve valve will result in a leak.
