Probe broke...help

[Shift_Fast]

The photo is of the threaded hole in which the probe threads into and the one that the wire broke on. Any help on what part number or what part it is to tell the GM parts dept so I can get it replaced? Is it ok to drive without this connected or will it throw a code? Thanks for the help in advance.

Intake air temperature sensor- not sure on the part number but its about a $65 part.

It is okay to drive without it, just put the threaded part back in in the meantime. the truck will read -30* intake temp and will fuel for that temp.

Would that be what's causing it to fall on it's face when it shifts from 1st to 2nd under WOT or hard acceleration?

what programmer or tuner? Sounds like defuel

EFI Live V2....Duramaxtuner.com 410hp tune. Have Airdog II 200 also if that helps.

Are you running dsp5, or single tune? If dsp5, does it do it on all tunes?, stock trans? If stock trans, Nick may have left defuel for a reason. I would contact Nick to resolve it.
