would take alot of horsepower to act make power with them mtz

Blows them off all the way down the track. Just not as bad as the 33/12.50 procomp X-all-terrains I had. Picked up 4 mph on a hard track and 8 on a loose track.

Wish I coulda made it out there. Is there gonna be one this year?

Yep , it will be called 2009 Firepunk.com Cavalcade of Trucks. It will be a big event this yr. Lots of dirt track drag racing and test n tune/ grudge match sled pulling.

I thought I had good bars and blocked rear. Still all it wants to do is bounce.

What are your bars made out of thickness wise, r they flexing mine has no problem 2"OD 1/2 wall DOM around 7' long I ran 1" of travel all year and no problems.

completely blocked or 1" of travel? if its not solid ditch that hitch/rear bar...sounds like its binding it up in the rear

Ditch the schedule 80, been there done that! 1.5" DOM 1/2" wall.

Man those are some good looking weights. Somebody must have treated you right on those!

Look better on your truck than in my car

they shure do, I need about 6 more if you come across anymore.:poke:

I acually like the way these ford weights hang betther than the JD weights I have been steeling off of dads tractors to make up the extra weight.
I have been rachetstraping them down but I dont think there is any way they would ever come off of there. you have to pick up and twist them just right to remove them. and all they are hanging on is a piece of 1/2 by 4in. plate.
