Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 4wd Vs. 2wd

Does anyone know if there is a difference? I know the end links are the same but are the bars the same diameter, shape, length?

I can say this: According to my parts interchange system here at work, there is a difference between two and four wheel drive. I would say diameter as a guess, as it doesn't give me that information. But, I've seen interchange information say the rear ends are different between two and four wheel drives regarding shock mount location. So, it could also be different in at that aspect.

Dead end post, I know. But, they do show to be different.
 
end links are diff. and the bar is same dia. but it sticks out behind the diff. cover farther on the 4x4 trucks. the mounting perches on the 2wd trucks are differnt from the 4x4. i installed an axle from a 4x4 truck in my 2wd and had to put a 4x4 sway bar on it to clear the diff cover.
