Removing Silicone?

What is the best way to remove household silicone like you would seal your windows with from paint? Thanks in advance

razors and scrapers. If it's silicon ether will help out... It might take a little paint too though.

Sorry snedge no boobies yet. Any other ideas? Would wd-40 maybe cut it like it would tar

Grease and wax remover from a body shop supply, the kind that dries a bit slow. Also similar to 3m adhesive remover. Use it with a plastic scraper and rub with chemical, then wash with windex and wax it after.
