Does anyone have any thoughts on the feasibility of replacing the 6.0 in a 2003 with a 6.4?

Anything is possible, it just depends on how much money you are willling to throw at it to make it happen. It's designed on the same cab so plumbing should not be a problem, I would see the electronics being the big hurdle on getting it done.

You'd be better off swapping in a 12v or a cr Cummins than you would the 6.4. I thought about the same idea and am working on the CR swap. In the end, the CR was about $800 cheaper than the 6.4 when all is said and done.

6.0

yea would be better with cummins in it most of hook ups on 6,4 are alot diff than a 6.o and eng compartmant is alot diff it can be done but would b alot of work.

Cummins swap, end of story. 6.4l is just a CR 6.0 with the same eventual problems.

This! If you're doing an engine swap the cost will be relatively the same no matter what you plant in the truck!
