S300 oil leak at compressor cover - rebuild?

I noticed some oil residue on the compressor cover of my S300 the other day, so I pulled it and you can see in the pictures what I found. There was no residue in the charge pipe between the turbo and intercooler, and found no oil in the lower boot at the intercooler connection.



Does it need to be rebuilt?
