started out by removing the 66/74/14

then the battery, battery tray, moved some A/C line and made new ground cables for the passenger side of the truck

ya i made the intake tube i bought a twins intake kit from source but i didnt use most of it, basically i just made a tight 90* bend, i havent got the wastegate setup for it yet so i havent fired it up yet

Dude just go for a drive without the gate! Im interested to hear the results!

well i cant find any 10x1.5 metric allen cap screws to bolt up the manifold adapter that i have, fastenall doesnt stock them and would have to order them in, any ideas on where to get some fasteners, im using the factory studs right now, i cut them in half and wended 10mm nuts on there so i could mock up everything

I got 2 from my local true value hardware store when i put my last charger on.

Where do you guys put your batteries when you remove them from the passenger side???

By the way that a nice turbo, can't wait to hear results.

i put the battery on the shop floor and thats where its going to stay, i have 1 1000cca battery and it doesnt even hesitate to start the truck, well just got back from the first ride and it has a little more lag than i thought it would but once it hits the truck takes of like no other, it hits full boost half way through 3rd when you just roll into it from a stop, im going to see if i can get an .88 A/R or something close to that size for the exhaust housing to see if i can get it to light better. i will say it is fun when you can put the truck sideways at 60mph with 13" wide tires on it when the charger lites

Does anyone know of a place to get a tighter housing, or have a housing that they no longer need

no ryan ats is not the best,
i have been calling chris at ed and sending him messages for past few days but no answer

.90 t4 is the tightest your going to get with out getting a housing cut. a .88 is going to make ZERO difference compared to a .90

there is a .80 T6 for the 74mm wheel (if thats what you have) but the .80T6 isnt much smaller than the .90T4

my s464 is pretty laggy also, going with the 72 is probably a little big considering an s465 as a single will support more hp than any vp is going to do on fuel.

but to aid in spool up, you can run a looser converter

the charger spools alot better the .90 t4 housing on it, i found out that it spools the best with the redline set at 68% and the comp at 3x5 or 2x5, it comes alive very fast and now i have serious traction issues
