would anyone care to chime in and give me the thoughts and opinion and the horsepower capabilities. and maybe some pics would be cool too I just ordered my competition T 6 Steed speed

Have the same manifold coming up for sale in a couple days probably

Love the manifold but don't have much to say on the s500 other than I asked about it and was told to stay hx60

correct me if I'm wrong but in what I found it can be 15 to 20 pounds more than an S 400

he uses a 6 blade 88mm drop in wheel for inducer limited classes. BD uses the cast 8 blade wheel for their 2.6 charger

Looks like a protrusion charger. Gets kinds blurry blown up on my phone..

with it being protrusion i think you are going to be limited. We had a few guys last season running a hx 82 with a 2.6 cover. I feel that once a wheel has to protrude into the housing you are extremely limited in the amount of air it will flow. just my $0.02 So a s500 would be iffy but s480/hx60 protrusion 2.6 would light and stay lit.

All depends on how the cover is made and MWE placement.
