Sched 40 to T6 Transition Flange???

I took a piece of round sch40 and just put it in the press until it was the right shape on one end.

I am sure it could be done with a reasonable sized hammer and anvil as well. A torch would save your arm a bit.

We have a compressive strength testing machine we use to test concrete cylinder failure pressures which would do the job nicely should I need it!
