Sct problems

I was trying to update my livewire 9625 and somehow loaded the wrong firmware. Version 1.1.295 is apperntly wrong and I just need to get back to where it was so I can put the update file on there that I now have. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Tuner and truck are both up to date now, but my ID tunes need updated. Does anybody know if eric is on here or a way to talk to him on weekends?
