Smarty and Quad ADR

I am running a Quad ADR and tried to stack a Smarty with it, but it was like the Smarty was not doing anything. Any idea of what to do? I want more power at the bottom end. Thanks

sell me smarty for 100 bucks

With correct tuning of the adrenaline the smartys not really necessary, it rolls a lot of coal stacked, but doesn't do that much for power wise.

I run sw9, timing 4 & ADR 4k box on PL10 timing 7. Smarty definately helps.
