Is anyone having issues with sb 3850 wearing on one surface of each disc the other side of each disc seems to be like new
 
Which side is wearing. Is it the sides that faces the floater plate? Or is it the sides that face the flywheel and preassure plate.
 
Floater side on the first disc an flywheel side on the second it like smoked the bronze inlay off as well
 
It sounds like it got stuck somehow or you just got lemon disks. Call peter at south bend and talk to him. He's a fantastic guy to deal with and will stand beside his products.
