Southbend 3250/6 Clutch and 1 3/8 input nv4500/ nv5600

I have a Southbend 3250 dual disk Clutch with input shaft. I purchased this for a project that I am giving up on... It has 21k miles on it and is in great shape, came off of a street truck... still a ton of life left. I have $750 into it, $700 shipped OBO!
