For a 555 engine, Smarty,TST, mp-8 stack was tits for years. Udc is probably a better option now, but if you're dead set...it will work.

Basically a software function you can manipulate via a computer to build a custom tune to suit your needs very similar to how EFI works. Here's a thread in Smarty Powers sub forum about it for your convenience. Oh ya it costs about $150 or so to get the dongle (cord) and license to use WITH your current smarty box.

Bud I think you need to get back in to a 12v. Where life is simple, I sold both my CR's and never looked back. Plus you been out of the diesel game for so long, a lot has changed. The power your 12v puller made winning pulls, is now a tow tune lol

I'm still running the Smarty TNT-R, TST, and MP-8 stack. Old school maybe, but it works.
