Starter/water pump source

Looking for a source/ideas for oem quality or above starters and water pumps. Also have to stay at a price point where i can make money and the average consumer wants to spend. Probably replace 50 water pumps and 25 starters a year. The aftermarket parts store branded stuff has went downhill.

I hear ya! I’m a flat rate mechanic at a private shop . We service and repair ALL makes and models. The quality of auto parts has gone way down in the last 15 years. We’re to the point where you either pay up and get the part from the dealer or put on aftermarket China JUNK! It’s honestly the hardest part of modern auto repair. I’m interested to see if anyone on here has any other ideas. The gates water pump I put on my 24v is already leaking and the Cummins one is damn expensive. I know , get what you pay for. Just sucks that there is no middle road.
